Feelings will not direct changes only MUSTS!



      If you think your going to be happy or lose bodyfat by hoping to change habits you MUST not go by feelings!
Instead of feeling like you cannot do it tell yourself  "I can" even if you're not believing it! You see, sooner than later your mind will take your commandment as a must. Whatever I really want I tell it to my mind over and over. Even at the time my mind may not believe what I speak! Soon the sub levels of mind and spirit will accept your repetitive commands for TRIUMPH!  Ok, test it with one thought for thirty days say it!! I WILL LOSE WEIGHT!!  I WILL SAVE MY LIFE TO DO GREAT THINGS!

    THINK LIKE A CHAMPION SOUNDS GOOD BUT THE REALITY IS YOU MUST SPEAK IT!

Making The Invisible diabetes,,,,, VISABLE Diabetes !!

 

       When someone has a disease such as diabetes the condition itself can be hidden. Reality is that diabetes will reveal itself often in some cases as a non problematic illness. The damage may take years and hopefully if good practice is made  complications may be avoided. I only speak from personal knowledge, I am living proof that you can try what works long term and have great results. By long term I mean proven facts!

Do one thing right now that will move you!


                                        ONE THING CAN CHANGE YOUR DIRECTION AND MOMENTUM!


         If you choose one good food or one new habit you will have an immediate effect on what matters. Most people think you should change everything fast. I will tell you this:  nothing is going to change if you overload your day with all these new tasks...hence failure for almost all people who try.

     So, let's move ahead with baby steps.  You're not  going to believe how much it will change your life if you move ahead with small changes. These changes correct old habit forming rituals that distract you from what you are seeking. We are every small move we make. Just choose one healthy food you absolutly love and eat it daily. And... stop driving fast, save money, and have more peace.
    You must do the one small step even if you are failing everywhere else! Why? Because now you are good at one or two things! You are eating better, saving money, and peaceful!!
 
      Stop running on emotions that make you a zombie of energy draining life. I dare you to stop right now, take the deepest breath of your life, and thank God for every peaceful thing in your life. Enjoy this moment now!!! Feel the health of slowing down your mind and letting old draining masses go:  masses of negative thought and masses of musts that don't matter. Re-focus the life you were given onto a new Journey of expectations. Evaporate energy draining habits. Take control by releasing and redirecting your mind. You must speak it:  I CAN!  I WILL!  I LOVE IT!  It is my destiny to live blessed!  Okay...go back now and pick your new happy habit! So many people are lost without hope. I pray they will at least read the world's best selling book! I hope you enjoy the blogs and look forward to Motivating you!

 I like to move forward with the thought that every thought and everything I say or do matters here and my eternal life!
Balance is key. I have to check that I accomplish with intention and enjoyment! Getting stressed is a massive amount of energy flowing in the wrong direction. Split your time zones by sections: physical activity,spiritual Prayer, social attachment with others has to be kept in check. SLLLLLEEEP!! It is allso nice if done right!

  What does this have to do with health or nutrition?  Everything is governed by systems: heating, cooling, solar systems, the human body endocrine system, car engines ...  so how is your system? Is it in dire need of an overhaul?... ok, take a look at your day. Where can you eliminate junk, gunk, and unhealthy behavior....

  Start now! Give two dumpers! Even allowing two removals will kick start your energy system!
Ok here are my two dumpers: Talk radio, lol, and a negative thought I repeat daily!!!

         MANY PEOPLE ASK ME WHAT CAN I EAT. WELL THIS HAS NEVER BEEN EASIER FOR ALL OF US. THE FOOD I HAD PEOPLE EAT TWENTY YEARS AGO IS THE SAME TODAY.  JUST START OUT SIMPLE EAT GOOD ORGANC VEGGIES AND ALSO FRUIT.  ANYTHING BOXED IS MOST LIKELY BAD. SO SHOP IN THE VEGGIE LANE FIRST. KEEP MEAT TO MODERATE LEVELS STAY FAR FROM RED MEAT. I EAT MOSTLY SALMON WILD CAUGHT AND GREEN FOODS. THE FOODS HAVE ONLY CHANGED BY THE HAND OF MAN, SO EAT WHAT GOD MADE FOR YOU!  HERBS SPICES ORGANIC, AND OLIVE OIL, COCONUT OIL VINEGAR.

       YOU SEE EATING RIGHT WILL REQUIRE YOU TO SHOP, YEAH BUY GOOD STUFF... ALL THESE NEW FADS WILL ONLY CONFUSE THE ISSUE. GO LOW GLYCEMIC GO NATURAL GO GOD MADE. THE WRAPPERS SHOULD BE SKINS LIKE FRUIT SKIN AVACADO SKIN, NOT CARD BOARD. THIS DIET IS COMMON KNOWLEDGE AND WORKS FOR MOST PEOPLE. NOW I CAN MAKE YOU AN EXACT DIET BUT, LETS TRAIN YOU TO SHOP FOR THE FOOD YOU NEED AND THEN TWEEK THE CALORIES TO YOUR WEIGHT AND HEIGHT AND METABOLIC RATE. ALL BODY BUILDING HABITS DEMAND THE MOST NUTRIENT DENSE FOODS WITHOUT ADDED CALORIES. I EAT SIX MEALS A DAY, BUT THAT DOES NOT MEAN HUGE JUNK FOOD MEALS. NO IT MEANS SALAD FRUIT AND BEANS WITH A SMALL AMOUNT OF HEALTHY NUTS.

             YOU NEED SMALL PROTEIN SNACKS EVERY 2 TO THREE HOURS, OK LIKE EGGS, MILK, FISH,BEANS,NUTS, AND I LIKE A GOOD WHEY SHAKE WITH BLUEBERRIES. REDUCE ANY CARBS LIKE FRUIT LATE IN THE DAY. SO DINNER SHOULD BE SOMETHING LIKE FISH AND VEGATABLES.

   WHEN YOU RELLY START LOOKING AT ANY DIET IT IS A VERSION OF COMMON SENSE, JUST EAT REAL UN PROCCESSED FOOD!  WHAT NOT TO EAT MAN MADE! WHAT TO EAT GOD MADE!

                                           HOPE YOU CHANGE NOW FOR LATER!

Fitness & Health reasons that so many will not do it to save they life!

   

       Why do most people keep up the poor habits that eventually destroy the easy life they desire? The soft road to life will later lead you to a tough life of pain. If you insist on doing whatever you please. You see later the side effects take hold. Their is enough info out there that all humans in a modern world know that bad things happen to your health. Let's look at why  ,and how you can change today!!!!


     If you  use visual tactics you can change fast and last. First look at your life and see what the future holds, do you have a chance to prevent a heart attack? Do you have good knees now that will carry your weight for decades to come. Are you cancer and diabetes free? Picture your best health in your mind, see the fit body you want. See your self loving good tastting healthy food. Look at the person people love ,and want to be their in the future. See your self running and jumping with ease. Now journey through your mind to find desire for movement and labor. Open and close your hands feeling strength in the grips of life.

     Inhale life deeply with appreciation, for the ability to change your situation simply by creation of powerful vision!
Stop letting your mind fool you into thinking you will be fine with out working on your health! Get off that chair and move breathe get pumped up like when you were a child running for fun and enjoying your exercise high! Your mind has told you exercise is pain, that my friend is a lie! Movement creates good feelings releasing hormones that block pain. Saving cells in the body for the future life God has given you. Stop using your Temple as your trash can!

   You now can change, do it make a change now, save your life, being fit is the easier road you just have to pay the toll first and then cruise on down the good life journey.

                          HOW WILL YOU CHANGE YOUR FUTURE AND COMPLETE YOUR GOALS



                 Let me tell you the best tip you can do to change your life is to grab a pen and speak it to the 
paper. If you write down your goals they will become reality. Think about how many words you  speak and never remember what you said. Then how can you retain the goals with all you have going on.
I have tried to complete goals and when I wrote them down and worked at them I had fantastic success!
You like me are tired of the same old pitch on getting fit and healthy. I want to give you your own power by showing you through experience how to accomplish anything you dream of doing!

               Rest your mind and relearn how you accomplish things, change takes a step by step path not a leap of energy with lost directions. When I first achieved strong muscles with little fat it was very hard to do and I failed for years! I never got a trainer or followed a strict path. I would be driven by passion . I tried everything you can imagine. every supplement and training article written. I had some success but it was painful.

              I have nearly thirty years of knowledge, I can not be fooled by the latest and greatest diet or workout. You are what god has made you so I cannot give you the same plan. Each person is a unique design therefore I must find the genetic code for you!  You can achieve real quick and powerful lasting change. Once you achieve this then keep the passion to live fit and well. If you lose the passion you will gain back old habits that will hold you down. The year will end the same overweight and BAD health.

              This blog is your free ticket to great health and the fast track to making 2011 your best year ever' end of story! Why could I tell you this ,because I have paid the dues for you! I have been studying health and fitness my entire life, and now I want to pass along power health to anyone who wants it.

            Look don.t you want to feel awesome and live strong for you and the people you love. Why stay the same get exited. Knowledge will take you to a place you only dreamed of and could not attain. Many people have one thought that will stop the change. One simple negative thought keeps them in bondage.
